ART Business Loans

Aston Reinvestment Trust (ART) is a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI), founded in 1997 with a mission to provide access to finance for West Midlands businesses that are unable to meet their needs through traditional banking avenues. Owned by its members, both borrowers and investors, ART has been at the forefront of pioneering the CDFI model in the UK. The last investment of £2.00M in a Corporate Round at 03 March 2023 from Block demonstrates the continued confidence and support for the organization.

ART's primary focus is on lending to businesses that are unable to secure the full extent of their financial requirements from conventional banks, aiming to facilitate job creation and preservation. Operating within the financial services industry, it has contributed significantly towards the empowerment of viable businesses in the West Midlands. By offering financial assistance in cases where traditional lenders are unable or unwilling to provide funding, ART has played a crucial role in stimulating local economic growth.
