Established in 1951, the company provides Early Intervention services to children up to the age of 3. These services are tailored to eligible children who have or are at risk for developmental delays due to various factors. Aspire's Early Intervention program emphasizes a family-centered, home-based approach, working in partnership with parents and caregivers to facilitate the child's developmental progress. The organization serves children at risk for a range of issues, including Down syndrome, autism, hearing and vision loss, speech and motor delays, mental health challenges, and socio-economic risks.

Notably, Aspire operates an Early Intervention Partnership Program (EIPP), aimed at reducing infant mortality by identifying risks to parents and babies, often before birth. In addition to the Early Intervention program, Aspire runs the Little Explorers pre-school, open to typically developing children as well as those with mild developmental delays.
