ASI is a non-profit agency founded in 1975 with the slogan "Homecare Agency of Choice". It is a leading home care agency in Chicago catering to senior citizens and persons with disabilities. The company offers a range of services including Home Care Aide, Private Care/Respite Care, CNA, Housekeeping, and Heavy Duty Chore Service.

With a dedicated staff, ASI provides over 33,000 service hours per month, serving a diverse client base with 60% Latino and 40% African American individuals. The agency has strong partnerships with the Illinois Department on Aging's Community Care Program, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Rehabilitation Services, and the Mayor’s Office for People with Disability Title IIIB.
