Arexpo s.p.a. is a private company held by a majority of public-sector shareholders, founded in 2011 with the mission to acquire the areas designated for hosting Expo Milano 2015. Since then, they have focused on enhancing the site and engaging with the community, leading to the development of MIND Milano Innovation District. This innovation hub and new neighborhood spanning over one million square meters is a strategic project with strong international ambitions, developed in collaboration with Lendlease, their private partner. Arexpo's commitment extends to accompanying MIND’s advancement, ensuring administrative procedures and community activation. With expertise as mediators between institutions and private operators, they are now looking to expand their initiatives throughout Lombardy. Arexpo operates in the Real Estate and Lifestyle industries and continues to demonstrate its potential for growth and innovation.
