Named after their daughter Amy, the company's initial product was a vegetable pot pie with a flaky, homestyle crust. With its headquarters in Petaluma, California, and manufacturing facilities in Santa Rosa, CA; Medford, OR; and Pocatello, ID, Amy's Kitchen has grown to employ over 2,600 people.
