Our bank was chartered in the state of Oklahoma in 1971 by W.K. Warren Sr. as American Bank of Tulsa. In 1983 we were granted Trust Powers and changed our name to American Bank and Trust Company. The principles of our bank were built with you, our customer, in mind. It has been our goal year after year to provide our customers a one-on-one personal relationship.
