Altoona Regional Health System

Altoona Regional Health System was founded in 2004 through the merger of Altoona and Bon Secours-Holy Family hospitals, and various health system-affiliated companies. This not-for-profit health care system is governed by a volunteer community board of directors and operates acute care services at two hospital campuses with a combined 497 beds. With over 200 years of health care experience, it boasts a team of more than 300 physicians, nearly 4,000 specialized caregivers, and 600 volunteers, serving over 20 counties throughout Central Pennsylvania.
