Allianz China Life

Allianz China Life is a joint venture life insurance company established by Allianz SE, the German financial services conglomerate, and CITIC Trust. Since its opening in Shanghai on 25 January 1999, it has become the first European joint venture insurer in China.

With a registered capital of two billion Yuan, Allianz China Life is majority-owned by Allianz SE (51%) and CITIC Trust (49%). By combining international risk management from Allianz with local financial expertise from CITIC, the company has built a strong reputation for its customized products, professional training, and reliable service.
