All Our Kin, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1999 with the aim of training, supporting, and sustaining community child care providers to ensure the success of children and families in both school and life. The organization's programs focus on empowering child care professionals as successful business owners, providing working parents with stable, high-quality care for their children, and laying an educational foundation for children.

The vision of All Our Kin, Inc. is to ensure that child care providers have access to training and education opportunities, livable wages, benefits, and respect for their valuable work. The organization also aims to honor and support parents in their challenging task of caring for children and provide them with access to safe, loving, and educational child care options. Ultimately, they strive to offer children, regardless of their background, with all the advantages, tools, and experiences needed for a successful start in life.

Currently, All Our Kin, Inc. supports over 600 family child care educators, with the capacity to serve more than 3,600 children in New Haven, Bridgeport, Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, and the surrounding communities, as well as in New York City. The organization's commitment to empowering child care providers and ensuring access to quality care for children positions it as a meaningful player in the early childhood education and care sector.
