AIMS was formed in 2014 and is dedicated to providing excellent health care services to our patients as well as partnering with the facilities the patients are in. Its main focus is to provide quality care to the patients, reducing their re-hospitalizations and improving overall outcomes. Also reducing health care costs by providing timely and low cost services. The care is being provided at various levels of care including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals as well as aiming at ambulatory care in near future. We also partner with wound care services also. Our goal is to grow more in post acute care and acute care field while maintaining efficient and customized health acre services.
