AgriProtein is a pioneering company in the nutrient upcycling industry, harnessing the natural capabilities of the black soldier fly to create sustainable protein and valuable products from organic waste. In 2016, AgriProtein marked a significant milestone by launching the world's first industrial-scale insect facility in Cape Town, South Africa, capable of diverting 100 tonnes of organic waste from landfill daily while producing over 2,000 tonnes of MagMeal™ annually.
