Agricol Casa Campo e Construção: Transforming from Agribusiness to Construction Materials
Founded in 1981 in Papanduva, Brazil, Agricol Casa Campo e Construção initially began as an agribusiness, specializing in agricultural products, pesticides, and agricultural machinery. The company expanded its operations and product offerings over the years, branching into hardware, parts, and accessories. In response to the growing need for construction materials in the region, the company transitioned to the construction materials sector in 1996, becoming Agricol Materiais de Construção LTDA.
As the demand for construction materials continued to rise, the company further expanded its presence, establishing branches in Canoinhas, Mafra, and Santa Terezinha. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, Agricol relocated its Mafra and Canoinhas branches in 2007 to provide a more spacious and accommodating environment. In 2008, the company's headquarters underwent expansion to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors.
Continuing its growth trajectory, Agricol inaugurated another store in Itaiópolis in 2011. Presently, the company operates within the construction materials, agricultural machinery, pesticides and fertilizers, hardware, paints, parts, accessories, household appliances, and electronics sectors. With a team of 120 employees, 10 interns, and a customer base of 35,574 individuals, Agricol is dedicated to the ongoing development of its business, driven by the support and encouragement of its customers.
