Affiliate Mortgage Services is a non-profit mortgage lender established in 2008 by Habitat for Humanity Michigan Fund, Inc., with a mission to provide mortgage origination and loan servicing solutions for Habitat for Humanity Affiliates. The company has originated over $63 Million Dollars in HFH Mortgages and currently operates in 17 states, servicing over 5,500 HFH Loans. Originally founded to assist HFH Affiliates in Michigan with new mortgage lending licensing laws, it has expanded its services to other states, leading to its rebranding as Affiliate Mortgage Services in January 2019. Despite separating from the Michigan SSO, the company remains dedicated to its original mission. With a focus on industries such as Finance, Financial Services, Lending and Investments, and Banking, Affiliate Mortgage Services stands out as a unique player in the mortgage industry, catering specifically to the Habitat for Humanity community.
