Adec Global SL

Adec Global SL is a pioneering company focused on the management and valorization of steel slag from scrap melting furnaces and construction materials into recycled aggregates. Established in 2010 and headquartered in Spain, Adec Global operates the first and only steel slag valorization plant in Catalonia, capable of annually handling 360,000 tons produced at Celsa Barcelona's electric arc furnaces. Additionally, with the recovery of demolition debris, the annual production volume can reach 520,000 tons, positioning the company as the second largest recycled aggregates plant in the Catalan territory.

The establishment of Adec Global entailed an investment of 6 million euros in infrastructure and machinery, marking the company as the first valorization enterprise in Catalonia fully financed by private capital.
