Founded in 1976, ABRH-SC (Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos Seccional Santa Catarina) is one of the 22 units of ABRH-Brasil. Affiliated with ABRH-Brasil, ABRH-SC is dedicated to promoting the development of HR professionals and people managers through events, research, and knowledge exchange. As a non-governmental and non-profit organization, ABRH aims to disseminate knowledge about the world of work to foster individual and organizational development, influencing the social, political, and economic condition of Brazil.
