Aareon UK is a leading provider of Housing Management software and digital solutions for the European property industry and its partners. As a subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG, with 70 percent of its shares held by the bank and the remaining 30 percent by Advent International, Aareon focuses on digitalizing property management through user-oriented software solutions. These solutions simplify and automate processes, support sustainable and energy-efficient operations, and interconnect all process participants. With a client base of over 7,000 managing approximately 12 million units across Europe, Aareon operates in the DACH region, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden, employing over 2,000 people. In 2021, the company generated revenue of €269 million and adjusted EBITDA of €67 million.
