101 Concepts Restaurant Group

101 Concepts Restaurant Group is an Atlanta-based startup founded in 1999. The entrepreneurial team, comprised of Steve Buero, Chris Segal, and Phil Roness, has effectively capitalized on their friendship and shared work ethic. The group's journey began with the opening of SOHO in 1997, showcasing their talent for understanding the right concept for the right area. Their entrepreneurial prowess expanded with the launch of Meehan's Public House in 2002, subsequently leading to the establishment of five Meehan's locations spanning Metro Atlanta. They further diversified their portfolio with the opening of Cibo e Beve, Food 101, Smoke Ring, and the acquisition of Rosemary Beach’s Restaurant Paradis in 2014. In 2016, their dream of owning a steakhouse materialized with the launch of 101 Steak in Vinings. Despite the approachable nature implied by the "101" name, the restaurants are anything but basic, offering a unique and engaging dining experience. Operating in the food and beverage as well as hospitality industries, 101 Concepts Restaurant Group embodies successful collaboration and an astute understanding of market demands.
